Production
Chardonnay grapes harvested at the top of their ripening curve are immediately taken to the cellar for mashing. Subjected to soft pressing, the must is clarified by decanting. It is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. Made sparkling in autoclaves with the Charmat method.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a pleasantly fragrant bouquet and hints of yellow pulp fruit. With a pleasantly fresh and savory taste.
Food pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with Mediterranean fish-based dishes, good for any meal.
