A bright, elegant, and pleasant Rosé, just like the land of Apulia. A rosé wine that is obtained from the soft pressing of the best Aglianico grapes, the use of the Charmat method, and shorter re-fermentation. The fruity scent and the sweet and harmonious taste make it perfect for all occasions.

Production
Grapes are harvested perfectly ripe from an aromatic and phenolic point of view and are immediately mashed in the cellar. Produced with white vinification of red grapes, in contact with the skins until the desired color is obtained. The fermentation phase takes place in steel tanks with temperature control. Made sparkling in autoclaves with the Charmat method.
Tasting notes
Bright pink in color; intense fruity bouquet; flavor with a soft, well balanced, fresh taste with pleasant sapidity.
