Production

The grapes are harvested with careful selection of the bunches. Produced with the white vinification of red grapes in contact with the skins until the desired color is obtained. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Cherry pink in color. Fruity, floral scent. Taste: good acidic level; it proves to have excellent persistence and a pleasant finish.
